Official Rules for UGC Challenge
Participate in our exclusive online BRiX challenge campaign designed specifically for BRiX residents and their guests! Follow the instructions to submit your user-generated content (UGC) as outlined above for a better chance to win! This includes when applicable: adding the mentioned hashtags, sharing your UGC with family and friends, voting for UGC from the campaign gallery, etc.
1. This campaign is open to all BRiX residents and their guests, where applicable.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Employees of the organizing company, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible to participate.
The voting campaign begins and ends as outlined in the campaign.
1. Visit the POPTAG page at https://poptaginc.com and find the relevant campaign you'd like to join.
2. Post your UGC (photos, videos, and/or captions) and remember to follow campaign instructions (e.g., adding campaign hashtags or voting on campaign UGC).
3. Submit your UGC along with your information to confirm your entry and stay updated on the status of this campaign and future campaigns.
1. The BRiX challenge campaign will randomly select one or more winners as per the campaign instructions from all qualifying entries.
2. All submissions will be moderated for approval. Please ensure you follow the challenge instructions to avoid entry disqualification.
3. We will announce the results and winner(s) at the end of the campaign.
4. If you miss out on winning this time, don’t worry. You will be notified in advance about our future campaigns where you will have another chance to win new giveaway gifts.
The giveaway gifts will be detailed in the campaign instructions, including any applicable terms and conditions.
Winners will be notified via email within five business days following the selection of winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
1. This campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
2. The campaign adheres to the requirements of the Quebec Act respecting the QST and the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests, and amusement machines.
3. All promotional materials and announcements will be in both French and English, respecting Quebec's language requirements.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participation in the campaign constitutes consent to use the participant's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Personal information collected from participants will be used only in accordance with our privacy policy and the laws of Quebec regarding the protection of personal information.
By participating in this campaign and submitting your UGC, you grant BRiX the irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your UGC on BRiX’s official social media accounts and in other promotional materials for brand publicity and marketing purposes. This usage may include but is not limited to online social media posts, advertisements, and website content. You acknowledge and agree that BRiX may edit or alter your UGC for formatting purposes or to remove any inappropriate content.
The organizing company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the campaign if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the organizing company's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the campaign, as determined by the organizing company in its sole discretion.
